The product, which we call steel rack gear, works together with the pinion gear on the sliding gate motors to pull the gate in the desired direction. This gear, which must be present throughout the gate, is sold in 1 metre pieces and mounted on the gate as a single piece. Since the rack and pinion gear is mounted on the motor gear, the motor can pull the gate in the desired direction after the necessary adjustments are made.

Steel gears are mounted by welding the thick side of the screws to the gate. For those who do not have welding knowledge, who are sensitive about design or who do not have the opportunity to weld, we have gear products that can be mounted with screws, which we call plastic coating. However, the most robust structure is provided by steel rack.
